America frowned As he was walking through the United kingdom's garden. He was trying to decide how he would ask his brother for more freedoms. Lately it felt as though he's been given more restrictions than usual, and Britain was failing to realize how he's no longer a child

America sighed and sat down against the old oak tree. "It's a nice day..." He muttered to himself as he felt a soft breeze. Nice days like these were rare here in London, so it was a surprise to the Colony when he woke up and found that there were barely any clouds in the sky. almost immediately after discovering that it was a nice day he wanted to take advantage of it, causing him to end up in the garden.

"england was probably still in bed..." The young Colony thought before yawning and shutting his eyes. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to get up this early. He shrugged off the thought and fell into a deep sleep, only to be awoken hours later by his brother pinning him to the tree with a knife above his head

"B-Britain, what are you doing?" The young man stammered, surprised by he situation he was awoken to. Britain was looking furious, he's never looked so mad... Well at least not around America. In fact he rarely lashed out at him. The last time America could remember him getting angry when he dragged mud into the house.

"I was just curious as to why you're outside without permission, and asleep for that matter!" Britain spoke sternly, keeping the knife in place. He would never use it against his colony, it was just there for show

America stared at him, did England honestly not trust him enough to the point where he couldn't even go into the garden?! "It... Was a nice day and I've been stuck inside all day the past week! I just wanted a little freedom for once, that's all!" He prayed that the nation would understand his reason.

The Brit blinked and stayed silent for a moment before finally lowering and putting the knife away. "Freedom? Don't be absurd, you don't need to be thinking about such Childish none sense."

How could England say that to him, they were brothers! His needs should be important to him, not ignored and considered 'childish dreams'! He opened his mouth in protest but stopped when he was being dragged forcefully by the arm "What are you doing?!" He had forgotten the strength of the old country

"I'm sending you to your room until you're ready to apologize!" He dragged him inside before letting go and pointing at the wooden stairs "Now go!" America growled and shoved him out of the way.

He made his way to his room and slammed the door. There was nothing to apologize for! He sat down against the door and covered his face and screamed into the palms of his hands, why couldn't England just accept that he wanted some freedom, that he was an adult now?! America looked up at the window, he wasn't going to remain up here and apologize to that... That tyrant, no he would leave until England would accept that he was his own person.
