Lancelot strolled within the lush green forest admiring the sound of birds chirping away and the sounds of water rushing by the creeks. He was told that he would find someone he loves someday.
"Thus I wander these forests searching for someone to love thee at most." Lancelot said aloud as a colbat female hedgehog with green eyes walked out of the bushes, she was beautiful and very pure.
"And yet the gods have sent me a fair maiden for me. Such beauty from a pure fair maiden standing before me." He said aloud again which made the female hedgehog turn to see Lancelot without his mask on.
"M-Me?" She shyly asked while pointing at herself, Lancelot walked over and kissed her palm as they stared at each other, red eyes meeting green.
"Oh fair maiden, I must know your name." Lancelot asked the female hedgehog as she said her full name to him.
"Sapphire Maria Hedgehog." She replied to him as she felt his arm around her waist holding her colse to him as she looked up.
"Sapphire...such a beautiful name for a fair maiden, your fur blue as a sapphire and such green eyes, sparkling like the finest of emeralds." He complimented noticing the red blush on her soft peach muzzle.
"I...I..." Sapphire tried to say something but didn't know what to say to the knight in shining armor.
"No need for kind words fair maiden, we shall wed after the victory of the destruction of the creatures of darkness." He spoke in such a soft tone as he held her cheek gently and kissed her passionatally.
