Man they looked good Finn Hudson walked down the corridor hand in hand with the stunning Quinn Fabray he was so lucky to call her his 'gilfriend' how I longed to be with her. She was the head cheerleader, I was head jock. We were perfect fo each other...
'Quinn' I shouted her precious name.
'Talk to me,' she replied.
What was I to do, she answered me? What was I going to say that wasn't weird or goofy in the slightest way?
'..Urmm...Hi...' I squeeked smiling nervously looking like a total dweeb.
She forced a smile back, I knew what she was thinking. Wow how stupid must I have just looked, I had jut made a spectical of myself in front of my (hopeful)girlfriend to be. There was two things that stood in the way of me and her being together:
Number 1; The fact I couldn't say a sentence in front of her and the big number 2; Finn! He was my best friend, amazing in every way possible, he had the looks, the personality, the girls...everything to be jealous of. Nevertheless if I wanted to win Quinn Fabray, the boy HAD to go.
'Your assignment this week guys is to find a love song that matches your inner feelings for someone else in the Glee club.'
This was my chance to show Quinn what I was really like and what feeling I had for her.
'Mr Shue?' I asked 'Are we demonstrating our songs in front of each other?'
'Of coarse we are Puck, we always do. Why, what made you ask?' he replied
'Oh...I don't know, I was just wondering that was all.'
so I thought. Then thought some more and thought some more untill I found the perfect song!
The day had come. It was almost time to show Quinn how I felt.
Mercedes sung 'Your Song' to Kurt.
Kurt sung 'My Heart Will Go On' to Finn (which was kinda creepy to be honest)
Finn sung 'Don't Want To Miss A Thing' to Quinn
Quinn sung 'My Boy Lolipop' to Finn
Rachael sung 'Only Girl' to Mr Schuester (which was scarier than Kurt's little episode) It was a mixed emotions time.
'Puckerman' I heard Mr Schuester's kind warming voice announce 'Your next.'
Oh how those two words haunted me.
Next thing I knew I was singing...Well!
'When the rain is blowing in your face,
And the whole world is on your case,
I could offer you a warm embrace,
to make you feel my love...'
I got from beginning to end surviving the whole 3 minutes 45 seconds without a major outburst of crying.
'Wonderful Puck' my teacher congratulated me, the rest of McKinley Highs 'New Directions' glee club were ginning at me, except Finn, I think he figured who that song was aimed at. Disgust, anger and confusion filled his face. Sympathy filled Quinn's...as well as tears. To my surprise the strangest thing happened next: Quinn ran from the auditorium crying!
