Hermione Granger was happy. The war was over. Voldemort had lost. Harry and Ron had survived. The Wizarding World was rebuilding. Her parents had returned home with their memories intact. Most surprisingly, she had found love in the form of Draco Malfoy.
Draco Malfoy was nervous. The war was over. The Dark Lord had lost. His parents had survived. His views had changed drastically. His life would never be the same as it had been. He had also managed to fall in love with Hermione Granger.
Now he had to meet her parents.
"Draco? What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
She raised her eyebrow knowingly. "Does this 'nothing' have something to do with meeting my parents tonight?"
He sighed. Nothing got past his Hermione. "I don't know anything about muggles. I know that they're just like us except without magic, but I also know that they have different customs. I'm convinced that I'll make a fool out of myself."
Hermione smiled and entwined her fingers with his. "My parents understand that you and I live in a very different world than they do. They won't expect you to act like a muggle. It means the world to me that you want to meet them. And I'll be there with you the whole time."
Draco smiled back. "Alright, then. Let's meet the Grangers."
