We were running, the Doctor and I, hand in hand, towards this strange blue box that happened to be in a creepy alleyway. He let go of my hand to rummage through his pockets for something, maybe a key, but this was ridiculous. How could the two of us fit into one slender-
My thoughts were cut short when he took my hand once more and led me inside, which to my HUGE surprise...bigger on the inside.
"Whoa..." I spoke finally, not fully voicing my thoughts.
"Yes yes, I know, 'Bigger on the-"
"Are you a wizard?" I interrupted him with a question I immediately regretted saying.
"What?" He spoke pausing from his work at the center console, staring at me.
I glanced away, a bit embarrassed. "I-It's nothing just a stupid question my brain..." I trailed off, blushing at my stupidity.
"No no no I wanna...I mean why do you think I'm a wizard?" He asked. I could tell he had a smirk on his face. 'He's gonna make fun of me like my friends', I thought bitterly. I slowly looked up at him.
His lips were indeed curled slightly upward. "Well...", I finally spoke, "When I walked in your..."
"TARDIS", He helped, giving me permission to continue.
"It just reminds me of a book I read...er a scene from a book." I explained, feeling my face turn shade dark by the minute.
"A book?" Now he looked a bit puzzled.
"...forget it. It's just a stupid thought", I whispered trying to get off of my theory subject, but the Doctor grinned and kept on insisting that I continued.
"Fine", I sighed, "I was just thinking it reminded me of that one scene from 'The Goblet of Fire' where Harry walks into the Weasley's tent and it just so happens to be 'Bigger on the inside' and he said-"
"'I love magic'", the Doctor finished for me, "Never thought of it that way...but no I'm no wizard...though it does sound the same" He chuckled.
After awhile I laughed with him.
"This is gonna be a fun adventure", I said grinning.
