Summary: Garfield Logan's thoughts after Things Change. Mainly a practice. Very short.

Rated: T
Sometimes he sits on the edge, rocks and water mixing below his feet. Amazing how the world continued moving on. It would be beautiful if he could stop looking at it with ugly eyes. He can't help but wonder if she's really happy now, or if she's really there at all. He has a history of seeing the things he wants. The surrealism aspect of this is what hurts the most. He can't look at the sky anymore without wondering what would happen if it fell.
But it never did.
Originally, his friends were there; as per usual. Concerned about him, especially since he had been on this rock for days now. But then they stopped coming. He kind of wished he could blame them, but sadly he's far past that point. He wonders what had happened. Maybe they'd left and forged different paths. Highly unlikely; but then again, nothing that had happened to him so far had been planned.
He hadn't moved for days now. Days mixing with months. By now it's likely he can't move anymore. So he slept and waited for himself to wake up.
But then he didn't.
