How to understand black and white
A/N- This is my very first fanfic without Tenten being in the story! :( Although, I don't mind doing Hinata but it'll be hard for me to keep Zetsu in check... oh well! I do apologise if this story back fires on me.
Disclaimer- I don't own Naruto.
Summery- When Zetsu witnessed or spyed should I say on Naruto and Pain's fight, he couldn't help but save Hinata's life after she tried to protect Naruto.
This happens after Hinata interferes and protects Naruto during Pain's invasion.
Hinata, the Hyuga Heiress was left unconscious in her own bloody pool. She knew this would happen. She knew she would only be a burden, simply throwing away her life unnecessarily. Even while she was unconscious, her brain couldn't help but cry in anger and aggravation at the simple fact that she couldn't even protect the person she loved.
Always so weak.
She eventually regained consciousness but to her surprise, she found herself lying on the soft ground with what looked like a man, except his features were the strangest yet unique she'd ever seen before.
The top half of his body was shielded by the case of an earthly green fly trap, and one side of his body was white with the other black.
Although, his facial expression was completely unreadable, there was only just the very slightest glimmer in his eyes which told Hinata straight away something no one could have guessed about him.
White is light, goodness, and safeness.
Black is power, evilness and mystery.
Obviously, Hinata's first glance at Zetsu made her gasp, shocked and petrified especially when she recognised his signature cloke.
However, her impression on him soon changed when she looked at him properly.
The true him.
It was awfully silent for a while so Zetsu decided to point something out.
''As you will find, I patched you up and saved your very life.''
''O-oh …ariga-'' the Hyuga heiress blushed deep crimson red when she finally noticed the bandages wrapped around her body.
''WHY DID I HELP HER? SHE IS JUST A WEAK LITTLE GIRL!''
''I saw how determined she was, refusing to give up. Even against an opponent like pain. She has potential.''
While Zetsu argued with himself, Hinata sat silently observing him in wonder and awe.
''WE'RE LEAVING!''
''You have potential Hinata, never forget that.''
Without another word, he descended into the ground and disappeared.
Not really quite being able to direct her eyes from anywhere other than the very spot Zetsu had been kneeling, Hinata just wondered if she had actually seen a half human half plant man or had she been day dreaming? Did she suffer injuries from her head and had merely imagined it all?
An agonising pain from her stomach suddenly caused her to violently fall back and slowly close her eyes.
However, just before she fully blacked out, yells and shouts could be heard coming towards her.
Most of which were quite familiar.
A/N- This is when they find Hinata and treat her, but in my story, if Zetsu hadn't treated her, she would be dead by now, they would have been too late.
