Doctor's Door
Hatori is the one with the medical degree, but he's so busy with Akito and the rest of the Sohma house, he lets his own little headaches pass. Shigure and Ayame are the ones to pick those up, because they call with their too sharp tones and make him wince before he can quite catch himself, and they're quick to follow up. Sometimes they even show up with natural remedies that make him want to pull his hair out as a doctor, but they're persistent and by then the headache's bad enough for him to go along with whatever they come up with.
He's the doctor, but it doesn't matter to Shigure or Ayame when he's nursing a headache and they're the ones playing doctor for him. Never mind they're breaking every rule he's ever learnt in medical school and making his headache worse, because they're doing better than he was, seeing as he'd just been ignoring it just like he tells his patients not to.
