Scorpius stumbled through the halls, his feet tripping on the flagstones as he made his way down the blurry corridor, tears trekking down his flushed face. He could still see his father's head, floating in the green fire, behind his eyelids. He's only trying to get back at me; he's using you. You're a fool if you think he loves you.
Scorpius banged loudly on the familiar door, slumping against the doorframe as he waited. When it finally opened, he heard himself give an embarrassing sigh of relief.
"Oh my god, Mister Malfoy!" Scorpius was hauled over the threshold just as a bewildered McGonagall appeared from her own quarters in a tartan teddy. The door slammed shut to ensure their privacy and he was pressed against a sleep-warmed chest, his tears splattering across the tanned skin.
"He said you didn't love me -" sniff, "that you were getting back at him," hic, "Tell me it's a lie! Why would he lie? He hates me!"
Gravity vanished as he was swept off his feet and the deep cooing voice above him told him everything was alright, as he was pressed into familiar cotton sheets that were a comfort on his frazzled nerves. He lay passive as he was stripped and placed under the duvet and rolled towards the weight that joined him. Scorpius snuggled himself closer to his turn-side lover's chest, slinging one thigh over an indented hip and was not at all surprised to feel a thick pressure at the entrance of his body. He ran the tip of his nose along a stubbly jaw and wrapped his lips around the lumped throat, like he would round a real apple, sucking lightly as he felt the stretch and familiar fullness settle in the pit of his abdomen.
"Professor…" he groaned as arms locked around his back, the rhythm taking a rougher pace, "Harry!"
"Mmm," Scorpius felt the moan rattle in the chest against his, the thrusts became violent, "Draco…"
Scorpius felt his heart shatter.
