'There he is.'
Alfred watched as Arthur walked awkwardly around on the dance floor…alone. He walked over to the DJ booth and handed the man a 50, then whispered the name of the song he wanted him to play. The DJ nodded his head and pocketed the money.
Alfred smirked as he began to move his body fluidly through dancers, searching for the object of his affection. When he caught up, he wrapped his arms lightly around Arthur's middle.
Arthur turned around and smiled at his boyfriend. "Alfred, you great git…why did you tell me to meet you here?"
Alfred smiled and seductively ran his hands over Arthur's body, making him blush so brightly that Alfred could see it in the dim light. Alfred completely ignored Arthur's question, asking one of his own.
"You do know how to tango, don't you Arthur?"
Arthur tensed up. "Here? In front of all these people?" Alfred smirked and leaned in to nuzzle against Arthur's neck. "Arthur, these people are here to dance with their OWN lovers…and, I wanna dance with mine. Please?" Arthur pouted, and then smiled softly. "You're an idiot…fine, I'll dance with you. I AM pretty good at the tango."
Alfred mentally jumped in his head, then waved a hand in the air to signal the DJ. Immediately, the sound of trumpets filled the air. Arthur recognized the song, and giggled as they began to tango around the dance floor. Then, Alfred began to sing along to the song (and quite beautifully, Arthur might add).
"When marimba rhythms start to play, dance with me, make me sway. Like a lazy ocean hugs the shore, hold me close, sway me more." Arthur was absolutely giddy as he and Alfred swooped gracefully across the dance floor in perfect rhythm. He pulled the American closer to him and laid his head on Alfred's shoulder as he continued to sing.
"Like a flower bending in the breeze, bend with me, sway with ease. When we dance you have a way with me, stay with me, sway with me." Alfred pushed out of Arthur's arms for a second and seemed to sing right to him as he gestured to everyone else in the crowd.
"Other dancers may be on the floor, but darling my eyes will see only you." Alfred quickly pulled Arthur into his arms and seductively sang in his ear. "Only you have that magic technique, when we sway I grow weak." On the long note of "weak", Alfred slowly ran his body down Arthur's then popped back up at the sound of the trumpets.
Arthur was becoming aroused, and he needed Alfred. Now. He gripped Alfred's shirt and pulled him up to smash his lips against the American's, sweat dripping down both of their bodies. Alfred broke the kiss in need of air and smirked.
"I THOUGHT you would enjoy this, Iggy." Arthur kissed him again, then dragged him out of the club, heading home to do a completely different kind of tango.
