"I'm not even sure I should take her out."
"Just take her out, kiss her then step back before she pukes."
"Why do you think she would puke? Am I that disgusting?" Freddie yelled from across the table.
"Have you looked in a working mirror lately?" Sam spat back.
"Have you?" Freddie asked lamely.
"Oh, great come back. How can I ever live the rest of my life? Oh wait, like this." Sam laughed throwing a piece of watermelon at Freddie using her spoon.
Freddie swiped off the juice and smirked.
"If you really think it would be that bad to kiss me, why don't you?"
"What? Why would I want to kiss some dork like you?"
"To prove yourself right. If you puke after you kiss me, I'll ditch Valerie and live the rest of my life loving Carly. If you don't puke, I'll take Valerie out and see what happens." Freddie caught her. She would never do it and he would be free to take out Valerie and not have her rag on him. But was he just doing this so Sam would kiss him? Or was it just to prove Sam wrong.
"Hmm, ok Freddork. I'll take your bet. If I puke, you also owe me ten bucks for winning, but if I don't puke, which is high unlikely, I'll give you the satisfaction of actually winning."
"Fine by me and you also give me ten bucks." Freddie said trying to be smooth. Why did Sam agree? I never wanted to actually kiss her. Or did I? I didn't.
Sam got out of her chair and walked over to Freddie. She grabbed his shirt and pressed her lips to his. His arms wrapped themselves around her tiny waist. Her arms moved from the front of his shirt to his shoulders and around his neck. When their lips departed from each other's Freddie smiled smugly at the gaping Sam and said,
"I knew you wouldn't puke."

Just a little drabble that popped into my head a few days ago and I decided to write it down. It's kinda bad I know. I just like that Sam can never say no to a challenge. :).
