The two fighters stare at each other in anticipation. One has a slight smile, while the other has a humongous grin. The first man's grin widens as he realizes from just one look how much the other fighter reminds him of his little brother. The other fighter is the first to attack, his hand aflame as he shouts and jumps. The first grins and forms his own fist before jumping into the air. He dodges the punch and slams his fist into his opponents face. The other fighter falls back to the ground, while the first lands in a flurry of flames several feet away. He grins, and half of the audience cheers. The other half groans or laughs. The downed fighter stands up and blows a massive wave of fire.
On the stands, two old men ("Who're you calling old brat!") sit watching. One shifts uncomfortably as the fight goes on. His fighter is getting soundly beat by the first.
"This really isn't a good idea" he mutters to the larger man.
"Gurarara, let them have their fun Makarov. Are you afraid Natsu will lose?" Makarov chuckles. "It's not that I'm afraid he'll lose Whitebeard, I-
His words are drowned out as the Whitebeard Pirates cheer for their comrade again. On the battlefield, Whitebeard's fighter grins.
"Tired yet Natsu?" Natsu is breathing heavily a doze feet away. Despite this, he smirks.
"Not yet Ace, I've still got a couple tricks up my sleeve." Ace sighs and, turning his arm into fire, throws another wave at the Dragon Slayer. Natsu is hidden within the flames. All of a sudden Ace feels a tugging sensation on his arm.
What the-
He glares through the flames and he gulps. Natsu is eating his fire, and consequently, him.
"Natsu! Stop!" He shouts.
Whitebeard looks curiously over, and his eyes widen.
Makarov sighs. "That's why."
Ace is yelling his head off and his comrades are running to help. Fairy Tail's members are yelling at Natsu, and running to the fighting area as well.
"Natsu! Stop! You're eating Ace!"
Natsu laughs as he sits next to Ace in the infirmary.
"What the hell are you laughing for!"
"I really am sorry! I forgot that you were made of fire" Nastu says, still laughing.
"You seem to forget a lot of things" Ace mutters, "You kinda remind me of my little brother."
"Really? Hm! Cool! Where is he?"
"He's sailing- What?" Natsu face turns green at the word sailing.
"He can't handle transportation, makes him sick" calls a voice.
Lucy walks into the large infirmary tent wearing a very revealing nurse outfit.
"Seriously?" Ace laughs. Natsu's face color changes back.
"Ne, Luce? What's with the outfit?" Lucy blushes and scowls.
"It was an "apology" from Makarov to Whitebeard. All the girls in Fairy Tail have to wear nurse outfits."
Ace frowns thoughtfully. "He'd do that as an apology?"
"It's an excuse," says Lucy flatly, "He's drooling just as much as your crew is."
Ace sweatdrops a little, and Erza hurriedly walks in. She's wearing a nurse outfit too.
"I'm unusually clumsy today" she sighs. Lucy looks over at her.
"Why's that?"
"Well, I spilled some strawberry cheesecake on my outfit and exquipped into a new one. After that, I seemed to get in more and more accidents, especially with the Whitebeard crew. My nurse oufit keeps getting soiled, and I keep exquipping into a new one. I can keep exquipping since I have many nurse outfits,("Why so many!") but it is getting annoying" Erza sighs. "Yes, I am very clumsy today."
Ace and Lucy sweatdrop at this.
"No that's not it" they say simultaneously.
