The camera was seen panning towards a purple desert planet as a spaceship was seen landing on it as it opens up to reveal the galactic federation 07th platoon stepping off the spaceship and wanders through the planet led by Commander Adam Malkovich.
"Alright men, you know the mission, remember to stay close" Adam said as the others nod and wandered around as one of them steps on something which was heard beeping as everyone looks around and panics as machine guns rise out of the ground as Adam ducks as his entire team was gunned down by the bullets as the machine guns stop as space pirates were seen rising out from the ground and survey the scene as Adam hides behind a rock and witnesses the space pirates dragging his team's bodies away as Adam pulled out a grenade and threw it at the space pirates as it lands next to some and then explodes as Adam got up and then started firing at the space pirates, gunning them down as Adam gets shot in the shoulder and falls to the ground in pain as one of the space pirates walks towards him and then aims at Adam as the space pirates were suddenly shot and fall down dead as Adam looks to notice an orange ship floating in the air.
"Looks like you got use some help here Adam!" a female voice shouted out from the ship as it lands on the ground as the space pirates ran towards it as Samus Aran hops out from above the ship and lands on her feet and then looks at the space pirates running towards her and then pulls out her blaster and fires at them, as some of them get close to her as Samus dodges and kicks them away and shoots them again before Samus blasts all of them and puts her blaster down and jumps off her ship and walks towards Adam and looks down at him.
"Samus Aran" Adam said as Samus takes her helmet off.
"You're late as always" Adam said to her.
"Yeah well, when you're the best bounty hunter in the galaxy, people will keep filling up bounties for you" Samus said before reaching out for Adam's hand as he grabs hold of it as she helps him up.
"What are you doing here anyway, this is our mission" Adam said to her.
"Yeah i know, but you didn't expect your team to get gunned down like that, besides you're in no condition to carry on with an injury like that, get back to your ship, i'll take care of the target alone" Samus said before putting her helmet back on and then enters a cave as Adam watches before walking back to his ship as it flies off.
Samus continues to wander through the cave with her night vision enabled and notices a door and then opens it to reveal a lab inside of it and notices Mother Brain inside of it and then slowly walks towards her.
"Mother Brain, we meet at last" Samus said to her.
"Ah so this is the great bounty hunter Samus Aran, i was wondering when you and your lacklees would turn up" Mother Brain taunted.
"Well, it took me ages to find you, but here you are, and now it's finally time to end this goose chase" Samus said as she aims at Mother Brain but a space pirate jumps down from the roof and lands on Samus as the duo fell onto the floor as the space pirate bashes Samus multiple times with a metal pole.
"Kill her…" Mother Brain ordered as the space pirate was about to hit her again with the metal pole as Samus kicks the space pirate betweens the legs as he falls onto the floor as Samus grabs his head and then breaks his neck, as he falls onto the floor dead as Samus turns and faces Mother Brain.
"Impressive, i should really train my space pirates a bit better next time" Mother Brain said.
"There won't be a next time" Samus said before picking up the metal pole and then bashes it against her knee as some of it snaps off to reveal a sharp point on the end of it that Samus snapped off as Mother Brain's eyes widen.
"Come on now, you can't be serious, we can talk about this, i can give you everything you want!" Mother Brain begged.
"Sorry, i'm a bounty hunter, and the only thing i want right now, is your bounty" Samus said before stabbing Mother Brain's tube as the fluids in her tanks leaks out as Mother Brain starts to dry up and struggles to breath.
"Someday Samus Aran, someone will stand over your corpse" Mother Brain said to her before dying as Samus drops the metal pole as an alarm blares.
"Emergency, planet will self destruct in 5 minutes" a robotic voice announced as Samus was about to run off but then hears something from behind the door and walks towards it and opens it to reveal a baby metroid in a containment tank as Samus looks down at it.
"What are you supposed to be, i suppose some lab can bring you to a lab for studying" Samus said before picking up the containment tank.
Samus while carrying the baby metroid in the containment tank was seen running out of the cave and then runs towards her ship and jumps up on top of it as she jumps into it and closes the hatch and places the baby metroid on a table as Samus turns the ship on as it flies away from the planet as it explodes as Samus turns and faces the exploding planet and then pulls out a radio.
"This is Samus Aran, Mother Brain has eliminated, pleasure doing business with you Adam" Samus spoke to a radio.
"Yeah well, i didn't need your help Samus, but pleasure getting me out of there" Adam's voice spoke from the radio.
"Yeah, also is your base available for landing, i have an unidentified creature in a tank that Mother Brain kept locked away, it's a baby sir" Samus spoke to the radio.
"The base is available for landing, but we will have to quarantine the creature for safety reasons, it might be toxic" Adam's voice spoke from the radio.
"Well it's not toxic now is it?" Samus spoke to the radio.
"That's a direct order Samus, don't forget you used to be one of us before going on your own path as a bounty hunter" Adam's voice spoke from the radio as Samus sighs.
"Yes sir" Samus spoke to the radio.
"Good, have a safe flight Samus, over and out!" Adam's voice spoke from the radio as Samus puts her radio down.
"Yeah, it will be a safe flight alright, i missed you Adam" Samus said sarcastically before her continues to fly through space.
