The fire demon was alone in the forest, sitting on a fairly large rock. It was quiet and peaceful in a mournful way. Axel could hear Wind or Zexion flow a few miles away. He was a few miles slightly irrated as always. Axel could feel an earthy aura and now knew why Zexion was irrated, Demyx was bugging him. The birds around him chirped sadly. The sun looked pale and dull in the sky, the trees even looked sad as they bowed their branches with Zexion providing a gentle breeze. Axel looked up, soon it would be twilight and soon the forest would be a glow in the colors of the setting sun. Already the forest animals began to seek their shelter and prepare for night's grasp.
Axel looked down and sighted as he sat on top the rock crossed-legged and slouching. His fiery mane flowed as Zexion moved gently by. His smoldering green eyes staring and waiting for something/someone to come. He lifted his gaze towards his hands. He sat there, just staring. Then a flame appeared in his palm, and just grew to the size of a soft ball.
He made ten more of these balls. He raised his arms and spreaded them wide. The fiery balls circled around him, twinkling like little fairies. Flames soon surrounded him and the fire balls flickered around. The red, yellow, orange flames were hot, but to Axel it was like they were tickling him. He continued this pattern for a while, expanding and detracting the sizes. This was all going on for some time. Axel perked up and saw him.
