Peter came into the living room after putting Simon to bed to find Carla asleep on the sofa. He bent down to wake her when he noticed a notepad on the table with her writing on it. Picking it up he read.
I don't like talking about myself, but I wanted to find a way to open up to you. So I've written 5 things you don't know about me as a start. Here goes:
1. I'm scared of escalators, when I was a child the laces on my trainers got stuck in one and I thought it was going to eat my foot. I don't mind going on them now if I have too but if there's stairs I will use them.
2. I LOVE jelly tots, always have, always will. Well, apart from the black ones.
3. I would rather go France than Germany, even though I took German not French at GCSE.
what people may think, I do like children. I practically raised my little brother because our mum was either sleeping with some random stranger or too off her face even to care. Not that I got any thanks for it mind.
5.I prefer Pepsi to Coke, don't know why because there practically the same thing.

The next day when Carla woke up she noticed a piece of paper on the pillow next to her, Peter had gone but she could hear him whistling in the kitchen. Opening she read.
Hiya love, I saw your note and thought I'd return the favour. I'm not really sure what to say apart from three little words.
