Disclaimer: I don't own Vocaloid

This is just a short little thing. The second person is an experiment; I hope it came out as nicely as I think it did. And italics is to indicate song lyrics.

I love singing
Not because I was made to love it
It's because you said you liked this voice of mine
That brings you happiness

"You can do it, Rin-chan!" You encourage. Your smile is warm and reassuring, kind and comforting. Rin smiles back at you through her tears of frustration and gets up. She tries a note again, and this time she gets it right. You congratulate her by petting her head with the mouse. She looks like she's enjoying it.

I hate being alone
Because I might melt into a world of solitude
I like the times you're here with me
Because your presence gives me warmth

"Don't feel down, Len-kun!" You console. Your look of worry is soft and friendly, sweet and understanding. Len pouts at you in his sadness and disappointment, but straightens his back. He begins singing again, and this time he succeeds. You cheer him up by tickling his stomach with the mouse. He laughs happily.

Being able to stay with you is enough for me
It makes my electric heart tremble in excitement
It's as if my heart
Sways in the quantum breeze

Rin and Len approach you simultaneously. They ask you who you love more. It's a difficult question, so you just rub Rin's head. Len looks thunderstruck. You rub his head. Rin breaks into tears.

Rin wonders who's prettier. You laugh and place them both on top of the code you were writing. Then you say you think they're both cute, and they smile, but Rin doesn't look satisfied.

Len wonders who sings better. You frown and close the code window. Then you bring them both to the center of the screen and give them a virtual hug. Then you say, "You're both my little angels, whose voices and appearances have no match." They giggle at the nickname, but Len sounds nervous.

Being able to stay with you is enough for me
It stretches out my world beyond
It's as if my heart
Wants to flap like an angel's wings

They both want your attention. Rin tries to jump on you, the cursor, and you dodge. Len goes to tackle you, and instead falls on Rin. They look like they're going to cry, then blame each other for missing you. You don't know why they can't get along.

They catch you one day, and it surprises you. Len and Rin have wings in their programming, but the code is corrupted and they don't work. You were hovering above them, and Rin was crying because she couldn't get you. Len held out his hand to her, and when she took it, his left wing activated. Her right wing did as well. Together, they flew towards you, capturing you. At least they cooperated, you think, and ever since then, they get along.

No matter what, they'll always be your little troublesome angels.

You ask Len and Rin to sing a song for you one day. They complain that they're busy, and say they want to spend some time together instead. What a change, you think, because you can remember a time when they would fall over themselves to please you. You are a little sad that they don't care so much about you anymore, but happy that they could become so close. Then you think, virtual singing software avatars grow up so fast. They don't even notice the smile on your face as they continue to talk.
