HATE THAT I LOVE YOU

CHAPTER ONE: SHE'S BACK
It's another hot summer day and insects are crawling about in the forest…and where there are insects, you're bound to find…
"Shino!!!"
Up on a tree branch, a beetle flew away. A boy wearing shades sighed and shrugged. He recognized the voice at once…well…who wouldn't?
"Naruto…" he sighed
He jumped down from the branch at walked up to his friend.
"There you are! I've been looking all over for you man…" Naruto told him
"Why? What's up?" Shino asked him
"Your mom's looking for you…she said something about someone coming over to your house and that you should get your ass back there pronto…" Naruto replied
"She didn't say who it was?"
"Nope…well…that's what I was asked to tell you…better get back man…I'm off to see Hinata-chan…I promised her I'll take her on a date today…see ya…" and Naruto sped off leaving Shino a bit confused
A visitor? Why need me there? Shino just shrugged and started off home. At Shino's house, he was greeted by his mother at the door.
"There you are son…" she greeted him with a smile
She quickly led him to the living room and to his surprise, he saw a familiar face. A boy with jet-black hair sat facing him, drinking tea.
"Akira…?" Shino said
The boy looked at him and smiled.
"Shino! Man it's been ages!"
"It's been exactly 3 years dude…" Shino replied
Akira laughed "Has it been that long already?"
"Still can't keep track of time huh?" Shino teased
"I guess your right…." Akira laughed again
Shino then noticed that a girl was sitting outside. She had long jet-black hair and was wearing a cross bracelet. His heart started racing. Oh no…no way…not her…
The girl stood up and turned around to face Shino, she had sapphire blue eyes and was wearing a black shirt and black pants. She eyed Shino and grinned.
"Hey loser…still haven't changed huh?"
Shino's blood suddenly started to boil.
"What's the matter, Shino? Cat got your tongue?" she continued to tease
"You…! What the freaking hell are you doing here?!" Shino retorted
"Did you actually think I'd come here on my own accord? My brother just dragged me here…" she shrugged
Shino looked at Akira. He just sighed and looked sternly at his sister.
"Aiko that's enough…"
Aiko just looked at him and pouted. Akira then turned to look at Shino, who as far as he can tell, was just restraining himself not to throw a kunai at Aiko. He then stood up and addressed Shino.
"Sorry Shino…I think it's time for us to leave…" he walked to his sister and glared at her
Aiko on the other hand pretended she didn't notice him and faced the other direction, not forgetting to stick her tongue out at Shino for a second.
"We're moving into our old house again…I got assigned by the Kazekage to stay here for a few months and help out Iruka at the academy…" he bowed and took his sister by the hand and pulled her out
Shino was left in the living room, he was still a bit mad. He just went outside and looked at the sky. Damn I freakin' hate her guts…
