The princess kept Race forward on her horse. This can't be true. This can't be true! her mind was screaming at her. He couldn't be dead. Her handsome prince with the bright smile and beautiful voice couldn't be dead.

He couldn't die without her getting to find him again.

Tears formed in her light eyes, but she blinked them away. It probably wasn't true anyway. She would probably find him there smiling at her, with his big brown eyes, and she would kiss him and take him to her castle where they would live their happily ever after.

Yeah, that sound like a nice plan.

She slowed down when she saw a lovely meadow next to her and got off her horse. When she looked down at the meadow, her heart sank.

It was true. There was lying her lost love, unmoving in the glass coffin. There laid Night Black, looking handsome as ever and so peaceful as he was just sleeping. Her eyes never once left his body as she walked down toward him.

The coffin was surrounded by thousand flowers, and animals. all heads bowed in honoring. Seven tiny woman stood by his side all crying in sadness.

When the princess was five feet away from them, all seven raised their heads and moved slightly so she could watch him. She walked to them and look at Night. He was even paller than usual, every little feature looked perfect.

She stroked his cold cheek with her fingers, flinch from the coldness that used to be warm. Tears flood her eyes.

She couldn't walk away without goodbye. She needs to say goodbye to the only one she ever loved. She leaned in and pressed her soft lips to him cold ones. After a few moment she backed away, and closed her eyes, trying to hold back the tears, but soft breathing berneath her.

When she open her eyes, the first thing she saw the wonderfull brown eyes, the ones she been looking everyway for.

Night smiles softely at her, the same old smile that won her heart so long ago. She smiles back and grb his palms helping him up.

Maybe she will get her happy ever after, after all.
