For OTP boot camp – Charlie/Draco with the prompt: whisper.
For One Character Comp – Charlie. Write a drabble (100-450 words) about winter. And I used the prompts snow and hot chocolate.
My word count is 315.

Charlie grimaces as he trudges through the thick snow on his walk home, hating the fact that he has Apparation-sickness. He's never been one for winter. It's too cold for him; he likes his fire and heat, thank you very much. But unlike England, the winters in Romania aren't too bad. He makes it through, but he's always glad to when spring comes around.
As he enters the flat he shares with his boyfriend, he cannot help the smile that crosses his face. Sitting on the table when he throws his key – because he has a dreadful memory – is a cup of hot chocolate. It makes him laugh lightly because that's the only thing Draco can make without causing a mess. The mug has a warming spell on it, so it wouldn't get cold before he can drink it.
Picking it up, he takes a sip of it, immediately feeling warmth flow through his body. He sheds his coat and his dragon-hide boots, and heads through to the living room. Charlie grins when he sees Draco siting in the chair, reading a book.
Draco doesn't look up as he hears Charlie enter the room. Instead, he picks up his own mug of hot chocolate and takes a sip.
Once he puts his cup down, Charlie leans down and kisses him soundly. He can taste the hot chocolate they'd both had to drink. "Thank you, my dragon," he whispers.
Smiling at the endearment, Draco nods. He always knows how to lift Charlie's spirits, and he had learned the year before how much hot chocolate soothed Charlie's hatred of the winter months.
Charlie lays on the couch, drinking from his cup contently. If this is what he got when it was cold, he wouldn't mind if it was cold more often. Because, in moments like these, Draco sheds his usual façade and shows that he really cares.
A/n – thanks to Sylvia for beta-ing this for me.
