Regina held onto Emma's unconscious body tight. She kneeled to the ground, as Emma seemed to be losing life. All of this just to protect her?
"Don't you dare do this Miss Swan. Don't you dare die." Regina moved strands of curls that were blocking Emma's face.
"Not now, no. You don't get to die." Regina shook Emma's body. She tried and tried to wake her. Emma's body grew colder with every minute that passed. Regina's eyes filled with tears, her heart was breaking.
"No Emma, you idiot. You don't get to. You don't get to save me and then leave!" Regina's tears fell down her cheeks. She moved her hand to Emma's face and caressed her paled cheeks.
"Please… Don't die. Not after everything. Not after…." Regina grabbed a hold of Emma's red leather jacket with her fist. She bowed her head into Emma's neck.
"E-Emma… P-please. G-get up." Regina choked out her words. Her tears left wet marks on Emma's neck.
"Y-You made me love again. Y-you, y-you. Please." Regina wrapped her arms around Emma. She pulled her closer and rocked her body as she cried harder.
Regina loosened her grip on Emma and turned Emma's face towards hers.
"Please… I l-love you." Regina ran her fingers across Emma's lips and leaned in.
"Emma." Regina whispered. Their lips connected and energy surged between them. Life came back to Emma. With Regina's eyes still closed she parted their lips, Emma's eyes opened, her eyes glowed pure white.
"I love you too." Emma whispered with a smile playing on her lips.
