The water dripped from my body, as I stepped out of the lake. The wind of the night sent shivers through my body. I curled my toes on instinct. The Moon shined brightly above lighting up my path. Not like I need the light. I can see perfectly through my eyes.
I searched for my clothes only to find them missing. No doubt because of one of the five. With a sigh I breathed in and opened my senses.
The woods around me were eerily quiet. I could feel other presence in the air. In fact I could smell them. With a gleeful smile I ran into the woods. Twigs snapped under my fee. I ran toward the yummy smell of pine and peppermint.
Moments later I heard leaves rustle. I came to a stop crouching I listened carefully. No birds chirped, No snakes slithered, and the only sound was the wind.
"You can hide Zane, but you better come out I can smell you!" I yelled with a laugh.
"Oh come on Princess why do you always ruin the fun?" Zane complain jumping off a tree a few feet away from me.
"Give me my clothes Zane its cold!" I demanded crossing my arms. Annoyance was clear on my face, but on the inside I was glowing with happiness.
Zane slowly walked toward me. His eye travelled up and down my uncovered body.
"Give me my clothes. It's not like you haven't seen my named before." I say rolling my eyes.
"True. But it's not every day I can see you wet and necked!" Zane said his smile turning into a wicked grin. He handed me my clothes. He turned to give me a little privacy, as I put on my clothes.
"Want to get a drink at Leroy's?" Zane asked taking my hand his rough hands playing with my fingers. Leroy's is a small bar Where were not allowed. The owner, Leroy, is a close friend of the pack.
"Sure just stop by the house I need to shower." I say wringing out my curly black hair. The cold wind still brought goose bumps to my arms.
"Are You cold?" Zane asked already knowing the answer. Without asking he wrapped his arm around my shoulder warming me with his body heat.
This is all I'm going to write so far….If you are going to read plz review. If I don't feel like people want to read it Then there is no reason writing.
