A/N: I own absolutely nothing. Ever notice how Mrs. Lovett never shuts up, I mean even when she sings it's more like a ramble than an actual conversation.

Summary: Sweeney can't sleep so he asks Mrs. Lovett for a 'favor'.

Warning: First attempt at a British accent

"'Ere we go; brought ya some dinner love." Said Mrs. Lovett all too cheerily for Mr. Todd's liking; she continued to talk on without even bothering to see if Mr. Todd was paying attention.

"Mr. T!" he turned to face the baker "Are ya listenin' to me?"

"No." he answered flatly

"Course not, ya always broodin' over the Judge and ya bloody revenge. Ya never talk, or eat, or sleep, for that matter."

"How do you know?"

"Because you're constantly pacin' up here, keep me up 'alf the night." That's when the little light bulb in Sweeney's head went ping

"Mrs. Lovett, how far would you go for me?"

"For you?" she sounded shocked "Why I'd go to the ends of the earth for ya Mr. T." she said with a small blush "Why?"

"I need you to do a favor for me pet." She loved it when he called her that it sent shivers up her spine. "I really need you to do this for me Mrs. Lovett; more than anything else, if you would just do me one favor." He said his voice getting lower as he stepped closer to the baker

"What favor is it?" she asked her blush growing, he smiled at this and put his mouth right next to her ear

"It's quite simple actually." He whispered huskily in her ear "Just hold still and close your eyes, then let me do the rest." Mrs. Lovett happily obliged. This had yet to be the happiest moment of her life.

She felt him as his mouth was no longer by her ear but mere inches from her face. His breath hitting her with every exhale he made, she took in his scent. That's when she felt his fingers tracing her lips, she was ready to melt at his touch, jump into his arms and admit her undying love for him; but as always she obeyed her orders and kept still, her eyes closed.

That's when she felt something else on her lips, smooth and plasticy?

"There we go." Said Mr. Todd proud of his work. Mrs. Lovett opened her eyes and realized that Mr. Todd had taped her mouth shut with scotch tape. "Now I can get some sleep." He said as he ushered Mrs. Lovett out of his barber shop.

Though she was bloody annoyed, for the first time in a long time, Mrs. Lovett said absolutely nothing.

A/N: It sounded a lot better in my head. Plz review. Criticism welcomed.

AA/N: I just wanted to add. yes I checked and scotch tape actually did exist in victorian london. yeah it surprised me too.
