Romeo & Juliet
Two feuding families with young lovers who fall in love at first sight
As the names of the young lovers are carved into history.
Families feuding kept the young lovers apart in fear of the families fighting in spite,
As the families did not know the young lovers met in secrecy.
Despite the young Capulet having to be wed, she had fallen in love with the Montague
Even though it was her duty the Capulet and Montague fell in love and could not part.
The young lovers had married in secret only for the young Capulet and her father to argue
Since she was to marry Count Paris in three days, but she would not betray her heart.
The young Capulet with the help of a Friar would fake her death,
But the young Montague did he not know it was faked so he took his own life.
Finding her Montague dead the Capulet took her life as she let out her final breath,
The families finding the young lovers dead decided that they should end their strife.
Prince Escalus decreed that there would be no more feud or blood shed
Verona would be a place of peace because of the sacrifice that the young lovers had bled.
