I ran through the trees, I had to get there. As soon as I got into the meadow, Jacob was there.
"Jacob?"
He didn't respond. There were wolves behind him.
"Jacob run!" I said. He wouldn't listen he just turned around and faced them.
He turns back to me jumping, he turned into a wolf.
"Jacob? What are you?" I say. Then I wake up.
I knew what Jacob was, he was a werewolf. I had to go talk to him.
I got into my truck and drove over to his house.
When I got there I got out and went to his door. I knocked louder than I should have. Billy came to the door.
"Bella, good to see you."
"I need to see Jacob."
"He should be in his room." he went aside to let me in . "Thanks," I mumbled.
I went into his room, no one was in there. I looked out the window.
He was heading for the forest.
I ran out as fast as I could. I ran up behind him.
"Jacob."
He turned around. "Bella,"
"I need to talk to you,"
"I can't talk. You need to go." he turned around and started walking.
"Jacob. Stop."
"What?"
"I know what you are."
"You do?"
"Yes."
"I'm so glad you know, I mean its hard to keep it a secret."
"I know, I mean it must be knowing you could phase at anytime."
"Well actually it's a choice,"
"That's, nice."
"Better than randomly popping into one."
"Yep."
We just stood there for a few minutes until we heard somebody say his name.
He turned around.
"I have to go,"
"Ok,"
He hugged me then ran off.
I went back to my truck, I started driving to my house when I didn't see a car coming, he was drunk.
"Woah!" I said stomping on the break. He almost hit me,
I saw Edwards face.
I freaked out.
"What did I say about being safe?" he said.
"Edward?"
He vanished. I hadn't thought of him until now. He had left me two months ago.
My heart was starting to hurt seeing him. But I had to see him again.
I drove home. When I got there Charlie was outside.
"I have to go down to the station. There's been some killings in the woods, bears or something."
"Ok." I said.
"Be safe."
"I will,"
I wondered if that was Jacob. The thought him killing somebody was hard to picture.
I shook it out of my head. I went inside, I looked at the clock. It was around noon.
So I made myself some lunch. I finished eating it and I put it in the sink.
I watched some tv for a little bit but got bored.
This was an unusual Saturday.
It was quiet. Too quiet.
Something popped up in my window.
I jumped. I heard somebody laughing. I took a closer look, it was Jacob.
I went outside. "God you scared me." I said.
"I just came to say hi."
"So have you heard of the killings?" I asked.
"Weird way to say hello but yes I have,"
"Do you know whos doing it, my dad said its bears or something,"
"Its no bear I can tell you that." he said.
"What are they?"
"Vampires,"
