Notes/Warnings: None really... Written for my friend when she asked for a Calthazar fic. Well I guess I should warn you I can't really do an in-character Balthazar that well.

Balthazar sipped his wine and watched Castiel study the older Winchester. They were in a bar of some sort, that stank of beer and sweat. Balthazar had to use his most charming smile to get a good bottle of wine out of the bartender, it was a good thing the man appeared to be gay otherwise Balthazar would have been stuck with a bottle of water they called wine.

Castiel was very intrigued by Dean. The hunter had sidled up to the hottest girl the minute they entered the bar and he'd been hitting on her since. The angel was doing his adorable head tilt that made Balthazar think of a small puppy.

"I don't understand what he is doing," Castiel said, not looking away from Dean.

"He's hitting on her Cassy," Balthazar said, taking another sip of his wine. Castiel turned his bright blue eyes on Balthazar and did the head tilt which brought another sigh from Balthazar. "Picking her up." Castiel only blinked and Balthazar rolled his eyes, setting his glass down on the table and leaning towards his brother. "Dean wants to have sex with the woman so he's using 'suave' lines to get her to agree. He's probably using some cheesy ones that will never work in a million years."

Castiel looked back at the couple to see Dean standing up and handing a jacket to the woman. He glanced over at them and shot them a thumbs up before he followed the woman out of the room.

"Whatever he was using it worked," Castiel said, looking back at Balthazar, a small smile playing on his lips. "What would you do if you saw someone you wanted to bed?" Cas asked, almost shyly.

Balthazar smiled and leaned towards Castiel, one of his hands slid to rest gently on Cas' thigh. "I'd lean close like this and I'd lower my voice so that it was more of a whisper than anything else," he murmured, voice turning breathy. "I'd stare deep into their eyes like so." His other hand moved to Cas' chin and he made the other angel stare into his eyes. He leaned closer till their breath was mingling. "If beauty were sunlight," he murmured, "then you'd shine from a million light-years away."

A faint blush crept up Cas' cheeks and Balthazar smirked. His thumb swiped against Cas' cheek quickly and he leaned back, drawing his hands into his lap.

"But I don't need to worry about things like pick-up lines," he said. He grinned at the still blushing Cas. "I already have you."
