Just for your information this story was from a friend of mine that wanted me to put this up for her.

Prologue

I woke up with a jolt, someone was screaming. I sat up quickly and listened, it was coming from the living room. I ran to the room. The screaming stopped long before I reached the room. There was a stranger by the window. He was tall and lean. He turned slightly so he could see me, and grinned the most hellish grin I have ever seen. His eyes were blood red, his fangs gleaming in the moonlight.

That's it I'm loosing it, FANGS! Vampires aren't real. Or are they? "Hello Bliss so nice to finally meet you." A deep but smooth voice said. After a few seconds I realized it was the vampire speaking, chills ran down my spine. Before I knew it I was running.

I was running like there was no tomorrow, and for the record there might not be. I could barely hear the footsteps after me over my protesting heart. CRAP, CRAP, CRAP, I should have brought Plunerva, my dagger, or to be more exact my sword. If you press down the onyx jewel on her hilt, she transforms into a beautiful sword. I named her after Pluto and Minerva the Roman personalities of Hades and Athena (the gods of the underworld and battle strategy).

I sprinted straight into a dead end. I could hear the vampire closing in. I spun around. "You're fast. Bliss." How did he know me, I don't know him. "Who are you" I whispered. He heard me. "I'm Nathan Darkness and I'm gear for you." That's when I officially started freaking out. Ok Bliss what do I know about vampires… 1. They're vary swift. 2. Wood is particularly deadly to them. I searched the ally though the corner of my eye, then I got lucky.

I grabbed the broken chair leg in a flash. He calmly took another step and flashed his sparkling fangs. He glanced down at the chair leg. 1 Mississippi. "I am here for your rare blood." 2 Mississippi. He took another step. 3 MISSISSIPPI. I shot forward the same time he did. His teeth where on my neck when I drove the chair leg under his ribs and through his heart. At the same time he dropped I heard shouting. My sight was fading. Everything went black.

Me: OMG SO GOOD!
