Prologue

"If you, Son Goku, accept the role as President of The United States of Anime recite the oath." Said the priest willfully.

It was a great blue day, the United States of Anime were about to swear in their eleventh president. Son Goku was about to become the president. He would replace Ash Ketchum after his terrible four year run. Goku was a member of the Shonen Jump Party. He was about to prove his worth. Behind him were his wife and kids, Chi- Chi, Gohan, and Goten.

"I solemnly swear to do all I can as the President to protect the constitution, the people, and the future of the United States of Anime." Goku recited.

The crowd applauded profusely, Goku's term had begun.

"People, today is a new day! The harsh times of Ketchum are over. I will cease our war with Nickelodeon, do all I can to restore our budget, and restore our nation. Under me Anime will thrive again!" Goku announced.

The crowd roared again as Goku entered the Chibi House, his residence for four years.
