I Can't Be Perfect
Buttercup Utonium, the one with hair of coal.
To the eyes of others, she wasn't perfection like her sisters are.
She gave up trying, she stopped smiling, and her heart became a hole.

Her sisters left her behind, because she wasn't like them, she wasn't perfection.
Her sisters stopped caring, stopped loving, and stopped seeing her.
So while she was ignored, she became destruction.

Because no one could understand why her world was black,
As she walked away, she held her head high,
And never looked back.

She broke the town, as they had broken her heart.
She destroyed the homes, as they had destroyed her mind.
She killed the people, as they had killed her soul.

She was the angel of darkness, she has slain.
She was hysteria, she was wrath, she was insanity,
She kills to release the pain.

Death, was the one with empty emerald eyes, domain.
Her anger and rage only fueled her,
An animal, she became.

She sees a family at a park, loving and caring,
So she flees back to her cave of misery,
And ponders why her family was never overbearing.
-0-0-0-
She wonders as she weep,
Why she was unloved, why her family left her,
Her final thoughts, as she is captured by an eternal sleep.
A/N: How... depressing. Wow. And yes, in case you are confused, she dies at the end. And I really hate it when FF changes the way I have my stories, I uploaded it in stanzasof three, but I am soo glad I checked it, because it had each line spaced out, like now, so I had to do the bar lines... Stanza 4 is the only one different because I wanted it to be, believe it or not, this whole poem was based off of Stanza 3. I was planning on slpiiing in a hint of Butch in there, becaue I was planning on for each of them, but I decided against it. And I also used her name only once on purpose, her name was too... happy, for this poem. And I really hope this all rhymes in your head, it did in mine, but I have a different way of pronouncing some things, so some of these are near rhymes, but they rhyme in my head.. soo sorry if it does not. First of a three part series.
