Allows user to whip up a wintry storm with a simple wave of their arms. The ice and snow shards in the high levels winds can be rather jagged, so it's great for both defence and offence aspects of battle. Yukimi can also utillise her quirk make her winds blow at wind speeds up to 70-80mph. The lowest blizzard temperature that she had ever created was at -5C (23F)

Yukimi's body can withstand much lower temperatures more than most other people, but not for long durations of time, as her body cannot compensate with the extreme loss of heat, therefore increasing the chance of hypothermia. She also has a tendency to feel drowsy after using her quirk too much, which may lead to her to fall asleep during battle.
