She stared at him as he walked away from their bed. Her blue eyes were rounded by disbelief, and she had to press a hand to her mouth to suppress the giggle that rose in her throat. If she laughed, he might never forgive her!

Yet, as she watched his masculine frame while he groggily headed to the window for a smoke, the laughter bubbled within her until she knew it would be an impossible task to keep it from spilling over. She tried to quiet it as it rose, but she could not have been more surprised at what she was currently witnessing than if Logan had been wearing lacy underwear!

She had seen several types of shorts on him before but nothing of this caliber. They had to be something new that he had recently picked up and had just slipped on before climbing out onto the roof for his smoke. She tried to fight to rein in the urge, but she could not help herself for long.

She burst out laughing, and he whirled to glare at her. "Don't laugh, 'Ro." When her laughter continued to burn his ears for a moment, he countered, "I didn't laugh about that ribbon of velcro you wanted me to wear last night!"

"I-I'm sorry, Logan. I am," Ororo spoke sincerely, finally managing to quiet her laughter. "I just never imagined you as the type for heart boxers!"

"I'm many a type, baby, an' no type ya ever seen before," he replied with a grin.

"I know." She returned his grin with an answering smile of her own. "Now how about coming back to bed?"

"All ya had to do was ask, sweetheart." He thumped his unlit cigarette back into his pocket and hurried to join her.
