"Oh Hannah Dear!" Luna said, smiling and looking at the silver bracelet on Hannah's wrist. Neville had given it to her for her birthday. "That is such a lovely Entangled Cuff."
"Entangled Cuff?" Hannah asked, looking Luna in the face with confusion.
"Why yes. It encircles your wrist and combines your aura with Neville's! It's actually quite lovely. I wish you could see the aura's combining."
Hannah looked down at her wrist and wondered what Luna was seeing. Was it shimmery gold combined with silver? Blues and greens? Perhaps even white combining with yellow. But with her eyes, she couldn't see it. Couldn't even imagine what the other girl was talking about. However just the thought caused her to smile. The idea of combining with Neville in any way just made her beyond giddy.
"I can only imagine Luna." Hannah said and rubbed her wrist, touching the bracelet gently. Luna gasped and grabbed Hannah by the wrist. "Are you expecting?"
"Expecting?" Hannah raised an eye watching the girl in front of her. As crazy as their friend was, she seemed to catch onto things no one else would. In fact, just that morning she'd taken a pregnancy test. She'd not yet figured out how to tell her fiance.
"I can see a light shimmering along with Neville's and yours. Is it true?" Luna looked at her with bright shining eyes.
"Please-please don't tell Neville yet." Hannah begged, looking at her friend. "I plan to tell him later tonight."
"Tell me what?" Neville asked, walking in and looking between the two girls.
"Just how much she loves her entangled cuff." Luna said and grabbed Hannah's hand, smiling and squeezing Hannah's hand gently. "However I must be off. I told my gentleman friend that I would go search for Mystical Maddies."
"Mystical Maddies?" Neville asked, but then thought better of it. He raised a hand. "Have fun Luna."
"Thank you! Enjoy your dinner, Trio." She said and waved, walking off.
Hannah groaned and looked at her fiance, looking for any sign that he'd noticed anything. Luckily Neville assumed Luna to be odd and didn't listen to her all the time. "Farewell Luna! You ok dear?" He asked, rubbing a hand on her back.
"Doing fine. Luna was just telling me about our combining auras. I can only imagine it's quite beautiful."
"I am sure it is." Neville said with confidence. "It is yours after all. Well, yours and our little one." He said and reached down, putting a hand on her stomach.
"Neville!" Hannah screamed. "Why were you listening to the conversation?"
Neville grinned and then blushed from ear to ear. "Because I can?"
Hannah shook her head and hugged him. "You're lucky I love you."
"I already knew I was lucky love." Neville said and nuzzled against her neck, kissing it softly. "That's why I got you the Entangled Cuff."
Hannah rolled her eyes and settled into his arms. If this was their family, she could be happy. Luna included.
