A/N: I do not own any of the characters here. They all belong to Hiro Mashima. I hope you'll enjoy this small reading. English is not my first language therefore some mistakes might appear. If you'd find any, please let me know so I can fix them! Also this is my first fanfic after long time break, I'm sorry if it's not that good.
Lisanna was sitting and watching as her older sister was serving the drinks to male members of guild. Suddenly she heard the familiar voices. It was Natsu. He was at the table together with Happy and arguing with Lucy. They used to spend time together before she disappeared. Now that she was back from Edolas, it felt as if she never came back fully. Of course for her siblings it was a big deal. They had her back, they were happy. But was she? Even since the very beginning she could feel it would never be the same. And she was right. Her best friend had now other friend. He forgot her. She was replaced. Could she blame anyone? It was only natural process.
Yet she felt her heart breaking into pieces as her eyes were glued on her once fake family. All memories she cherished were now like curse. In her head for all these days she had this image of her smiley young face, together with Natsu and Happy. How Lisanna once said she would marry Natsu. It now meant nothing. The blue cat almost never realized whenever she was near, but always saw Lucy. Natsu at least would say polite 'hello', but his eyes were soon gone whenever his new partner was around. Was it what they call jealousy? Did she envy Lucy that she took her place? But she never asked for it and to make it all even worse, she was the one who was smiling at her and noticing her. Lisanna knew that the blonde girl would never do anything to hurt her on purpose.
Sometimes mind of white haired girl was filled with various thoughts. Would it be different if she had never disappeared? Would she be able to stay by Natsu's side? Even in the other world, Edolas, she was facing the difficulty of watching the pink haired dragon slayer always being around the blond beauty. Shouldn't she get used to it by the time she was back? Yet she felt guilty. She never tried doing anything to make Dragneel see her again. All she could do was look at him with these large, blue eyes with unspoken supplication for him to finally notice her. The silent voice in her head spoke all over again 'I'm here. Please see me.' but these words never came out of her mouth. Who was she to complain? She couldn't make him do something against his will and as she could see, he didn't want to be near her anymore.
"Oi, Lisanna... Are you okay?" a manly voice made her snap out of her train of thoughts. It was her older brother. She caught his worried look and placed on her face a toothy smile. She never told anyone how she felt and never want anyone to notice it. She had to get over all these things herself. Maybe she was replaced when it comes to her fake family with Happy as child and Natsu as her husband... however she could never be replaced in her true, own family. And she had to be strong for her siblings. "I'm fine, Elf-niichan!" she said with her cheerful tone. At least she had reason to still be there. At least, she was important to someone.
