"Any ideas, dear?" Joshua asked daintily, resting his chin in his pale hand. He gave the other man a smirk, daring him to reject—or dare he say, add to—his perfect list of perfect names of their soon to be perfect adopted daughter.
Sho glanced up at him quickly from across the table, setting his over used and very much loved math book down.
"Uh, well, this is more of your domain….its not really in my vec—"
"Yes," Josh said, cutting him off. "But I don't want to name her anything without first hearing your input. I'm sure you have at least a few names you'd like to name her," he said, rubbing his chin thoughtfully and rereading his perfect list.
She stared at the other man, frowning, as if trying to figure out an extremely hard algebraic—Oh wait, no. That'd be too easy.
As if trying to come up with the perfect name to add to Joshua's perfect list.
After a few moments deliberation, he grinned.
The wavy haired silvernette looked up at him and arched a brow in question. "What?"
"Not to FOIL your perfect list, Josh, but I think I've found the term to balance out this equation," Sho said, his cat like grin never leaving his face.
Joshua waved his hand impatiently. "And it is…?"
"Polynomial."
A/N: Now, before you just totally die from stupidity, It seemed like a good idea at the time. I was just sitting there staring at the word, and the first thing I thought was:
"Homg, ...Poly...nomial.......Polly.......heheheh.."
It was first period math, like seven in the morning.
But yeah. Thanks for reading.
