You see, I've had a pretty eventful life since I started posting this story two summers ago. I'll spare you the details, but the fact of the matter is that I abandoned this story when I said I wouldn't. And I feel so guilty about that.
But don't worry! I have some good news!

During a recent email check, I discovered a notification from FF. In all honesty, I had totally forgetten this site. A friend of mine introduced me to Wattpad, and I've been writing on there for a bit now. My username is "WickedWritings" there so go check me out if you use Wattpad! Anyways, I clicked on the notification and it said that I had a new follower for this story. I was shocked. I knew that this story was my most popular story here, but I didn't imagine anyone would still read it now, especially after two damn years. So I grabbed my computer, logged into this website, and looked at the stats of this story. Congratulations guys. You made me cry.
I looked at the total amount of views for this story and I just died. 12,803 views. 12,803 freakin' views! This just made my day and I knew I couldn't leave this story - my very first story, my first fanfiction ever - alone for any longer. So I decided that I would keep on writing.
It's been a long time since I've last written a chapter for this story. My writing style has changed drastically (if you saw my Wattpad works, you'd see). I'm a perfectionist, and if I continued the story with some of my writing from two years ago and some of my writing now, I'm pretty sure most of you guys would be confused with the sudden change in writing style. And my solution to this problem isn't an easy one.
I will be rewriting this story.
For time being, I will leave my original, unedited version of the story up. As I rewrite, I will post the new and improved chapters in the place of the pretty awful shit I had first written. Mind you that I am a procrastinator and I will need help in reminding myself to write. Shooting me reviews that tell me to write will be so appreciated. Lord knows that I need to get over my procrastinating ways.
To end this little author's note, I just want to say thank you to all you 12,803 people that have read What a Strange World. You readers have been the reason that I still write today. I could never thank you enough for taking the time to read this teenage girl's fanfiction.
I will rewrite this story. And I will finish it.
I love you all and thank you for sticking with me and this story for the past two years.
