Skip a Castle Shot

He was late, and still up in the air about this job to boot.

Tailmon had made an interesting offer, though not one he couldn't refuse. Hence why he was still up in the air. Because it sounded dangerous. Crossing into other worlds. Meeting creatures not known to any 'mon. He could do without the extra level of confusion.

And then, of course, there was Vamdemon. And he could definitely do without that batty ruler.

And yet... targets as far as the eye could see and even farther. He'd never run out. He'd never be left with a wasteland, or without new friends. He'd never have to tone down his meteor showers because then all the targets would be ash on the ground and he'd have nothing to do in the aftermath.

But facing Vamdemon. Working for the guy, even. And facing a world he didn't know anything about.

And that castle. That terrifyingly high castle.

There was a noise of scurrying behind him. He turned. There were digimon there, and he grinned and lauched a little fireball at them.

Holding himself back was good for the health, he decided. And Vamdemon and this so-called human world were probably not.
