Hi, Sorry if this Story is completely awful, its been a while since I wrote a proper piece of Fan fiction. Any way, I hope you enjoy!
You woke in a bed of golden flowers. Daylight streamed down like a waterfall from above. The stone cavernous walls giving you a sense of comforting familiarity.
You were back.
Well to say that you were back, was an overstatement. This was a timeline that had yet to be touched by your vulgarity. It had yet to know of the sorrowful longing that was held in the vast emptiness of a forgotten underground. It was a miracle on its own.
You glanced down at yourself, breathing a sigh of relief at the sight of the familiar iconic outfit that you wore once more. You stood up brushing the dirt off of yourself, and wincing at the stinging sensation from all the newfound cuts and bruises that covered your body. You had forgotten that originally you had fallen down into the underground; it had been so long. It didn't matter now, though, you had a mission to complete, and you were damn well determined to follow through with that. With this newfound determination in your soul, you puffed out your chest and set forth on your journey.
"Howdy! I'm Flowey! Flowey the Flower!"
You knew this. You glanced down that the plucky yellow flower that was giving you an innocent but joyful smile. You knew what was hidden behind that smile. The malice that that flower tried to contain. You couldn't help but look down at Flowey in disdain. A part of you couldn't help but hate the sick monster, and yet a part of you reminded yourself that you were no different from him.
"You're new the the underground aintcha?" The golden flower asked.
"No." You answered simply, squatting down in booping the petaled creature where his nose should be with your index finger. You watched as his happy-go-lucky face contorted into confusion and then into disgust. You yourself couldn't help the sly grin that came across your own face.
"What are you talking about, buddy?" Flowey practically growled, "I've never seen you around here before."
You chuckled softly to yourself, "No you haven't." You say casually, as if the flower was an old friend, "But I know exactly who you are, and what you've been up to." Flowey seemed rather distraught that you weren't providing any more information. You knew how much he hated feeling like he wasn't in control. For once you had the upper hand. You mentally noted to relish in this revelation, you could have fun with this. But time for tom-foolery would have to wait, as you heard the sound of footsteps echoing down from the hallway. You glanced over to see the silhouette of Toriel approaching. When you looked back down at where flowey once was you realized he was gone.
Great. And you thought you might have the chance to mess with him a little bit. Oh well. You seated yourself down on the ground and staring down at the pebbles on the ground as you patiently waited.
Your patience was rewarded with an auditory gasp. You looked up to see Toriel, in all of her radiance. It took you a moment to take in every aspect of her, her pristine white fur, the pure look of delight and motherly love that made her eyes sparkle, and the patient smile that was brimming across her face from ear to ear. It's funny. Over the many timeline you had never truly forgotten Toriel, but the little detail about her had blurred together. Finally seeing her again after so long, You realize just how much the memories you had of your beloved goat mom had betrayed you.
"Greetings, my child."
And that's it for Chapter one! I'm sorry if it seemed short. once I get into the story more the chapters should get longer.
