When the worlds gone wrong and the bad has almost fully taken over, can the worlds 12 most wanted assassins bring back the balance of life, or would all be lost? a better and more detailed summary inside. The World Of Assassins- Prologue/summary?

Okay,hey people of fan fiction, this is my first story, so I really hope you guys will enjoy it. This story is inspired by ninja assassin+ the shall we date game, and also the manga akuma no riddle. If you haven't heard of it, it's okay, I think you can still understand the story. well, I suppose I'll just get on with it. (^ ^)
PROLOGUE/SUMMARY?
"This world is full of many different kinds of people. there are normal people and rich people, 2 groups that live in a somewhat peaceful and sunny life. But then, there is also poor people and of course, criminals. They live in a somewhat gloomy life. You may not agree with the way I have categorized these people, but the reason is, there is another group of people. Assassins. Their lives are more dark than most. But they too, have degrees and levels. Bad, people who kill for the pleasure of heart, and Good. The people who kill the bad. Well, the group we are talking of now, is the worlds' 12 most wanted assassins, reason? Because they kill the bad. This current generation in the world has taken a turn for the worse. The bad are overflowing, eliminating the good, the rich and the normal. In a school for assassins, these young killers meet. And will the world finally learn to be peaceful again?
