Hi!! This is a short song fic from the song, Katakoto no Koi; Awkward Love. It's a song from Chobits, and this is a fic from Chobits! ^_^; Enjoy it!! I don't own Chobits or the song. Also, by the way this fic is my slight variation of what happened at the end of Chobits, the last few pages of the manga. ^_^ Please read and review!

Katakoto no Koi; Awkward Love

It was another day, just like any other day. Chii and Hideki were walking down the street together. "Your new password is.....", Hideki thought aloud. "...Chobits. Only the last letter is in Katakana." "Chobits!", Chii repeated happily.

Hideki took Chii's hand into his own, they're fingers intertwined. He smiled warmly at her, and she beamed back, grinning widely.

~two intertwined lines becomes untied

and stays untied~

Hideki pulls Chii into a warm hug, holding her. The thought of being so close to Hideki made Chii feel safe and content, as she hugged him back.

In his arms, Chii felt so secure and warm. It wasn't normal for a persocom and human to love each other, but it was something they could not describe with words.

A gentle wind blows, lifting Chii's beautiful hair. Hideki feels her tremble from the cold and pulls her closer to him.

Hideki smiled at Chii, watching her adoringly. In her, he saw more than just a persocom. He saw love, he saw a future. She'd always be there with him, no matter what, and he'd always be there for her.

Together, they walked home, with many good times ahead of them.
