Miranda walked slowly into the church. She really didn't want to go in, but she needed ten bucks from a group of kids who took it from her. Since the church was "haunted" they locked her in and told her to stay there till the next morning. Miranda was an orphan so no-one really cared about her, she even had the caretaker much like the one in the musical movie 'Annie'. Now she was locked in a church most 10-year-olds avoided. She walked to the back of the church and open some doors reveling a stair-case, then turned to look back at the church. "I've thought this over, and if there are any ghosts here than I want peace, please, and if there isn't then I must look like a nut, but then again there is no-one here to think that." She walked up the stairs and turned a corner into a bedroom. "well this is just grand, I am stuck in the most boring place that might be haunted! Yet the ghost wont even be so kind to talk to you! An-" she stopped talking when she realized there was no-one to listen.
