After a long flight they land in front of a giant storm because the monsters couldn't fly through. They stopped off in a near town to eat and get drinks. The as they were eating they noticed a flyer,

A tag team tournament is coming to this town
Tomorrow at 3:00pm Restrictions and rules are as follows:
A deck must have at least 40 cards, must have a partner and
Have 1 partner only well as knowledge of the normal rules in a Duel Monsters Tournament. The Prize! Weather control monster for traveling through the storm that flows year round!
They we all excited and knew they would have to win. They began to discuss who should enter. They began to discuss strategy
Joey: Why don't we all enter to better our chances.
Yugi: You've got a point but what about the last round? The last round's a singles match.
Mike: That's where I come in.
Kaiba: But what about the teams I'm not working with Joey!
Joey: Oh yeah well its no fun with dueling with you either!
Yugi: I'll team up with Joey, don't you guys worry about. We're awesome as a team.
Mike: That leaves me with Kaiba as my partner. How 'bout Kaiba you up for it?
Kaiba: Sure lets rock this Tournament!
Mike: So it's settled I'm with Kaiba you Yugi and Joey are together right?
Kaiba: Yeah
Yugi: Yup
Joey: You got it
They went up to the registration booth. The lady signed them up and said the contest will be in an hour. They prepped their decks and began practicing dueling until it was 2:50. They entered they check room were they checked off the teams that showed up.
