Background: Kari Kamiya has left Odaiba and has begun her travels, finding a romantic partner whom she met and married. Now, he went camping with his friends and has sent her an e-mail to tell her about his coming arrival.
My dearest Light:
It has felt like forever since I last held you in my arms. I have been out on this trail with my camping mates and every night, I have cried myself to sleep knowing that you are not by side to kiss me goodnight. The stars shine brightly during my travels with my comrades and the sweet sound of a babbling brook do little to soften the pain that comes with every moment that I am away from you my dear Kari. Although the pain is very real and very hard on me, my heart is strong in knowing that the trip is almost over and by the time that this letter reaches you, I will be only a few hours away, so rest up and be ready for my arrival, for I will take you out for a night on the town. I wish to see you my love and I hope that you shall be ready for me.
Kari's response:

I am ready for your arrival. The moonlight that shines brightly on this bed is very sorrowful as it always shines down on a bed that is empty but is full of tears, tears of which you can only dry up. I want to hold you, kiss you, be with you for my heart is aching more and more each day that you are away. I want to be with you soon my love. I am excited to hear that you are close by and I hope to see you soon. I love you.
