Mitchie let another silent sob rake through her body as she stood up. She had just made a fool of herself by showing up. She sat in the back as she watched him in the front of the church.

The wedding march started to play and the bride and her father came out. She smiled. His bride truly did look gorgeous unlike her. She'd never compare to her. Mitchie couldn't help but think that should be her walking up the aisle to him.

She noticed that he caught sight of her. He frowned a little before smiling widely at her. He took her hand when his father gave her away.

The priest asked if anyone objected to them getting married. He quickly looked at her. She couldn't deny his happiness so she stayed quiet. They continued the ceremony. Mitchie smile a little as he ran out the door with her. It made her grasp the reality of the world. It was cruel and must have hated her.

Shane was shocked to see her there. After their big fight about him getting married. He was even more shocked when she didn't object. He was sure she'd object and go on about how much she loved him. Secretly he kinda hoped she would. He didn't know why.

Mitchie's heart broke a little as she watched the kiss again once they got outside. They stood in the hall and thanked everyone who came. Mitchie stayed in the back and was the last person to leave other that the bride and groom himself.

At first she glared at Mitchie. Until she noticed the tears that streamed down her face. Then she pulled her into a hug. "That was so beautiful." Mitchie mumbled out as the bride let her go. "Thanks." The bride blushed. Next was Shane.

It took everything of Mitchie not to break down. She gave him watery smile before hugging him. "Congratulations." Mitchie said as her voice cracked.

Shane let his arms wrap around her and give her a tight squeeze. "Thanks… I.. I'm just curious… Why didn't you object?" He asked her softly.

Mitchie let a fresh set of tears roll down her cheeks. "Who am I to deny your happiness Shane?" She asked giving him a quick peck on the cheek before leaving.

At the time she walked out. Shane knew. He knew she knew that she made one of the worse mistakes of her life.

Another drabble... Dunno where this angsty drabble writing is coming from... -shrugs- Either way I'm glad I finally got writing... :D

What did you think? Please tell me. :)

It's not that hard just say I liked it or I hated it.
