PROLOGUE
"Rin, I've got to tell you something."
She halted in her steps, spinning around to look at him – her bright eyes glowing in questioning whizzing of passing bicycles and cars on the bridge breezed past, wind flowing heavily against her back; lifting up her floating flaxen strands.
She breathed shakily, watching as he balanced himself on top of the railings, mirroring her slight smile.
"Ah… this is probably going to get a little awkward but- "He looked down thoughtfully, "I... I know that we've known each other since we were little kids, and you probably won't think much about this but- "
Her lips coiled up in eagerness.
"I love you"
Their breath hitched.
"I know what you're going to say and –"He stifled his nervous laughter, rubbing a hand against the back of his sweaty nape." Just… I love you, not as if you're my sister of some sorts, or just as if you were a friend that has always been there for me. I love you as in the filthy sense of the word; and I just thought I'd tell you before it was too late."
She didn't have the capacity to comprehend when he cupped her cheeks and to pull her into a long intoxicating kiss.
And then…
"I love you."
He was falling.
Well I hope you enjoyed that little segment the chapters are gonna be longer but considering this is a prologue its pretty short, there will be an AN from both me and Naeme later on but they thought that since it's a prologue it is not needed. We both thought up the contents and joint edited.
