Definitions:
Wizmegot: Law makers. Court.
The Circle: Founders of the Wizmegot. Ten families. All Most Ancient and Noble. The Ten Families are Equal. The Famileis are Lefay, Emrys, Mortem, Mordred, Pendragon, Bones, Lestrange, Pervell, Malfoy, Greengrass. No one outside of the circle knows who the circle is. they do a lot of different things ranging from Political Corrupting to Planning Assination. (Think of the Illuminati)
