Author's Note; Here's the Doctor Who one! Since the Ponds are my favorites, I made it in their era. It's the Christmas where he came back in The Doctor, the Widow, and the Wardrobe. I have to type quick so I got the beginning from the end of that episode.

Disclaimer; I do not own Doctor Who. But I do own a fez, 11's sonic screwdriver, a Weeping Angel necklace, and a TARDIS glove (Long story)

Oneshot #5: Together Again

During Christmas dinner, there was a knock at the door. Amelia Pond stood up, grabbing her water pistol.

"Argh! If that is more carol singers, I have a water pistol! You don't want to be all wet on a night like this!" She exclaimed, opening the door to find…the Doctor. She squirted him.

"Not absolutely sure how long." The Doctor said.

"Two years?" Amy answered, squirting him three times.

"Okay. Fair point." He said, smiling slightly.

"So, you're not dead." Amy said, still not moving.

"And a happy New Year!" The Doctor exclaimed.

"River told us." Amy grumbled.

"Well, of course she did." The Doctor said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"She's a good girl. Well? I'm not going to hug first." Amy said stubbornly.

"Nor am I." The Doctor replied just as stubbornly.

For a few moments, they avoided looking at eachother. Then simultaneously they both leaned in for a hug, laughing.

"Mister Pond! Guess who's coming for dinner?" Amy exclaimed happily.

"Whoa. Not dead, then." Rory said, coming to the door.

"We've done that." Amy told him.

"Oh." He answered.

"We're about to have Christmas dinner. Joining us?" Amy asked.

"If it's no trouble." The Doctor answered.

"There's a place set for you." Rory told him.

"But you didn't know I was coming. Why would you set me a place?" The Doctor asked, obviously puzzled. Amy silently reveled in this.

"Oh, because we always do. It's Christmas, you moron." She answered.

"Come on." Rory said, and he and Amy went into the house.

When they all were inside, they heard another knock. "I'll get it this time, make them think they have the wrong house." The Doctor said.

"Here, take this." Amy said, handing him her water pistol.

He grinned and ran to the door like a child. Amy and Rory stood a little ways behind him, so that they could see out, but nobody could see them.

River Song was standing outside and looked up at the Doctor. "Hello Sweety."

"River!" Rory exclaimed as she came inside and the Doctor closed the door.

River Song hugged her parents. "Now," the Doctor said. "Dinner!"

"Hey!" Amy took the water pistol and squirted him again. "We all eat together. As a family."

"But I don't wanna!" The Doctor complained. Amy waved the water pistol threateningly.

"Listen to your mother." Rory told him.

Amy shot him a glance that was part amusement, part thanks, and part annoyance.

"She is not my Mum!" The Doctor complained.

"You married our daughter. We're your parents-in-law. So yes, I am your…Mum." She shivered.

On that note, they then went to eat dinner!

After dinner, Rory handed the Doctor a box wrapped in TARDIS blue wrapping paper. "What's this?" The Doctor asked, shaking it.

"Open it and find out!" Amy exclaimed.

He did. It was a fez and a TARDIS blue bowtie.

"They figured they owed you your for when we shot it." River said. "It's been in the living room for two years."

"I did nothing!" Rory exclaimed.

"Amy stole it and threw it, you're the one who shot it." The Doctor grumbled. He then smiled again. "Thank you!"

They all simultaneously went in for a group hug. Amelia Pond was the happiest she'd been in two years.

Her family was together again.
