Don't flame me, this is the first time I've ever written for the Harry Potter Fandom, okay? Thank you.

Title: Needed Protection.

Rating: T

Category: Hurt/Comfort – Romance.

Pairing: Marauder Era! Lucius/Severus.

Summery: Out of all people Severus wanted to see him crying, Lucius had to appear in front of him.

Lucius knew Severus quiet well. Maybe a bit too much to know where he hides whenever he gets bullied. Lucius Knew everything about him. He loves Lily Evans and that Potter boy is always hanging out with her, which made Severus jealous. And to top it all, he gets bullied by James Potter and his fellow friends. Lucius always observed Severus. Poor little boy, or so he thought.

On the other hand, Severus Snape never really noticed Malfoy. He only knew that he was in the same Hogwarts house as him. And maybe a few classes together. Although he always saw him as a king, unlike himself. Lucius was tall, with long ice blonde hair, tied in a low pony-tail with a ribbon. But Severus was pale, with black greasy hair, chin length.

Snape always hated when someone finds him hiding after he was bullied. He liked to cry alone, but his room was so far away. He collapses near the Slytherin common room.

Out of all the people Severus wanted to see him crying, Lucius had to appear in the common room that day. The moment Severus saw Lucius, he turned his head away from him, facing the wall as he wept quietly. Malfoy approached him, with a slight smile on his face.

"Severus?" He spoke softly. "What's wrong?"

Snape kept his mouth shut. Because he knew that his voice would crack if he let out any sound. Lucius frowned, sitting next to him, but not directly facing him.

"Severus, can you at least talk to me?" He said, placing a hand on Severus' shoulder, which he soon shrugged off, shaking his head. Lucius raised an eyebrow. He then turned his back on Snape, and now they're back to back.

"Okay. I'm not looking at you now, Severus." He said, smiling slightly. "I won't leave until you tell me who did this to you."

Snape still ignored the presence of Lucius, sniffing. He did hate to cry in front of anyone, or, in this case, in the presence of anyone. But Lucius kept silent, waiting for the black haired male to speak.

Malfoy's patience was out. He turned to face Snape, spinning him around so they were face to face. Snape's tearful eyes winded, then he lowered his head, hiding his wounded face. He can't let Lucius see him crying 'cause of pain, he sounded weak. But Lucius grabbed his face to lift it up.

He let out a soft tsk, tsk, tsk…, then he pushed back the hair that was covering Snape's face.

"My, what have they done to you, Severus?" He frowned, tracing his fingers on the other boy's bruise on his cheek. Snape squirmed, trying to get away from him, but Lucius' grip was too tight.

"L-Let me go, Lucius …" He said, trying to yank his face away from Lucius' hand. But, he didn't let go.

"Severus, you don't have to hide from me." He spoke softly, poking the bruise, which made Snape wince in pain. "Cry if you want. I'll be there. You don't need to be alone."

Snape's eyes went teary again. Lucius hand stroked Severus' face softly, followed by a small smile.

"It's alright, Severus." He said, kissing his forehead, which formed a light shade of pink on Snape's pale skin. Lucius then moved to his lips, locking the gap between them. Severus blushed, and before he knew it, they parted, and Lucius was walking away.

Snape only knew that he relied on Lucius for the following months. He was able to expose his weakness to him.

The End.

Omg, what was I writing?
