Silena was sitting on her couch with her best friend, Clarisse La Rue. The two girls were preparing all day, the decoration, the music - Clarisse was the DJ -, the food and now they were waiting for the first people to arrive. The bell rang and the blonde squealed, smoothing her blue, matching her eyes dress before running to open the door, the brunette following behind in her ripped jeans and Metallica T-shirt.

Behind the door were standing two boys, both quite well-built, even though the first one was literally huge. They were both brown-haired, the first one with sparkling brown eyes and the second - slightly shorter - with blue, mischievous ones. Silena jumped on the first one, who almost fell from the sudden impact. "Charlie!" was heard her muffled voice as she buried her face in the crook of his neck. He waved awkwardly at Clarisse, who smirked as she let them in. "Clarisse, help!" groaned Charles Beckendrof and the girl chuckled. "Silena, your dress will wrinkle" The blonde quickly scrambled away from her boyfriend, which made all of them laugh.

"Oh, I forgot. Clarisse, this is Chris, Charlie's rommate" Clarisse turned to look at the boy. He was wearing an ACDC shirt with ripped, baggy jeans and sneakers. He ran a hand through his hair as she stared at him, messing them a little. Not bad, she thought. "Welcome to Hell" she greeted and patted his shoulder sympathetically, which made the couple exchange a meaningful look.

One hour later, the place was full of teens. Silena and Charles had introduced their friends to each other before leaving them to dance. Clarisse scanned the living room from the kitchen, where she was standing; the twin cousins of Chris, Travis and Connor, dancing with two girls from Silena's dance class, Rachel and Bianca. The last one haf brought her younger brother, Nico, along, which led to him bringing his best friend, Percy. There was also Sielna's half-sister, Juniper, with her boyfriend, Grover, chatting in a corner. Finally, there was Thalia, Clarisse's niece - but none of them remembered that since they were around the same age -, along with a petite blonde, Annabeth, who was the younger of all. Percy was sitting on a couch and Annabeth on another, both seemingly ignoring each other's presence but both stealing glances at each other, while her sister - Annabeth was an adopted orphan - laughed with something Nico said.

Clarisse was ready to head back to the laptop she used when suddenly she felt a pair of strong arms wrap around her waist. "You still owe me that dance" Chris whispered in her ear. The girl laughed, remembering the bet she had lost about tricking Percy into drinking beer - he hated alcohol after his grandpa died in a car accident while the cab driver had been drunk. "Just a moment" she nodded and headed for the microphone. "SLOW DANCE TIME!" she shouted and changed the music to a lower, romantic melody before walking back to the boy waiting for her. She grinned at him as she lead him to the dance floor/living room, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Happy?" she asked and Chris smiled." Very" he murmured as they twirled around.

Silena watched as almost everyone coupled with someone, only Percy and Annabeth left. She was ready to go talk to them when suddenly the boy rose from his seat and walked to stand in front of her. "W-would you l-like to d-dance with m-me?" she heard him ask shyly and bit her bottom lip as the younger blonde looked up at him and blushed. "S-sure, I-I guess" she stammered an answer and the boy pulled her up and to where the others were dancing. She turned and winked at her boyfriend, her plan had worked.
