Michael and the Loud House.

Chapter 1 - Moving to Royal Woods. (Part 1)

On in early autumn afternoon, a moving van drove towards 1216 Franklin Avenue, Royal Woods, Michigan and park across the street where a house of eleven kids, two parents, and four pets is located at. The African American family of four, two adults and two children, all step out of the van as the two kids happen to be a boy and a girl.

A boy happens to be a young teen, in the age of 13. He has black neatly combed hair, wears a green shirt along with blue jeans and black shoes. His name is Michael Roberts, the oldest child. He appears to be a shy, but kind hearted kid with autism and yet he also has interest in boys which he has found out about a year ago. But has never told anyone that he's gay, not even his family.

A girl happens to be his sister. She appears to be 8 years old. She has dark brown shoulder-length hair with a green heart shaped hair clip. She wears a blue stripe shirt, greenish-blue pants, white socks, and brown sandals. Her name is Makala Roberts, the youngest child. She, like her brother, is shy and friendly. But she can be sassy and sarcastic and doesn't play with anyone who messes with her.

Their parents, Fred and Katina, helped the moving van get settled in. Michael looks around the town which is now his new home with a seemingly nervous expression on his face. He walks inside the house and arrive at his new bedroom and sighs before he turns to notice to the viewers. "Oh hi...I didn't see you there. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Michael. Me and my family are moving here from California since my parents both got a new job here in Royal Woods."

He then sigh sadly. "It's just that...I'm starting to miss my friends back in California already. I don't know if I can be able fit to this new life. New school, making new friends. Moving is one thing that makes life tough."

"I know how you feel, Mikey." Makala walks up next to the boy. "I miss our old home too, but at least we can try and make new friends here, especially in our neighborhood."

"Well I hope so, sis." Michael shugs.

"Say, think we should bring our stuff into our rooms before we go help Mom and Dad?" Makala inquired.

"Sure." Michael answers before they both proceed to do so as well as preparing to be new kids of the neighborhood.

"I just hope things will get better." Michael thought, unaware that his prayers will soon be answered.

A short while later after arranging the furnitures in the house, the doorbell ring.

"Oh...who can that be honey?" Fred asked tiredly after placing the heavy table in the living room for the TV.

"I don't know, but I'll go and check." Katina said. She then opens the front door, revealing a brown haired man and a blonde haired woman. "Hi there. How can I help you?" The Roberts mother greeted them kindly.

"Hi, we're your neighbors from across the street. I'm Rita Loud, and this is my husband Lynn Loud Sr." The woman name Rita greeted back.

"We just noticed that you just move in and we just wanted to give you a warm welcome." The man name Lynn Sr added.

"Oh thank you. It's a pleasure to meet you," The mother of two said before her husband walks up next to her. "I'm Katina Roberts, and this is my husband Fred Roberts."

"It's a pleasure to meet you both." Lynn Sr said.

"Please, come in and make yourselves at home." Katina shows them in.

Rita and Lynn Sr walk in the house to get to know their new neighbors better, and since their new neighbor's house is less noisy than theirs.

"So do you guys have any kids?" Fred asks them.

"We sure do. 11 of them I should say. We have ten daughters and one son." Lynn Sr answered.

"Whoa...11 kids?" Fred was surprised. "That's crazy!"

"Yep, but we love all of them no matter what. And we wouldn't trade them for the world." Lynn Sr respond.

"Do you guys have kids too?" Rita inquired.

"Of course. We have two kids, one son and one daughter." Katina nodded.

"Oh really? What are their names?" Rita questions.

"Our oldest son's name is Michael, and our youngest daughter is Makala." Katina replied.

"What sweet names." Rita smiled.

Meanwhile from upstairs, Makala was eavesdropping on her parents while they were talking to their new neighbors.

"Hey sis, what are you doing?" Michael walks up to her.

"Shh," Makala shushes him then whispered; "I just heard Mom and Dad talking about us."

Michael then takes a peek with his sister and notice their new neighbors having a conversation with their parents. "Oh, those must be our new neighbors. I hope they're nice neighbors." He whispered.

"Me too." His sister agreed. "I think we should quietly go back to our rooms before they notice us-" However Makala was cut off when their mother called their names.

"Michael, Makala, could you kids come downstairs?" Katina yelled out.

"Dang it." They both sighed. The siblings then oblige and they walk downstairs where the adults are.

"These are our children. Our son Michael, and our daughter Makala." Fred introduced.

Michael waves at them in a shy manner while Makala gives out a nervous 'hi' to them.

"How lovely they are…" Rita replied.

"Yeah. I'm sure our kids may be able to fit in with them." Lynn Sr smiled.

"I think it'll be awesome." Fred agreed.

"How about if we can bring our kids over and that way we'll be able to know more about each other?" Lynn Sr asked.

"I'm sure it'll be splendid." Katina nodded with improvement.

"Oh man, they're gonna bring their kids here? I'm not sure about this!" Michael thought in panic and nervousness. "What if they don't like me? What if moving here was just a mistake?"

Makala meanwhile was hoping if their neighbors' kids would get along well with her and her brother just like their neighbors did with their parents.

Later in the evening, while Rita and Lynn Sr are getting ready to bring their kids to meet their new neighbors, Michael was sitting on his bed wondering what those kids will look like. He was worried that they'll might look at him differently and that they could be mean to him.

Rita and Lynn Sr has told their parents that they have ten daughters and one son. Michael thinks that it must be tough to be the only boy in a big family, maybe Michael will be able to try and befriend this boy by dinner, which wouldn't take that long.

As Michael walks downstairs, the doorbell rang, which means that the Loud family are here.

"Oh, that must be them." Katina said. "Michael, could you get the door and let them in?"

"Okay Mom." The boy said while trying to keep calm. He then opens the door to meet the kids of their new neighbors. When he opens the door, he saw Lynn Sr and Rita with eleven children which he assume that they must be their kids. "My goodness, they DO have a lot of kids!" He thought in surprise.

"Why thank you, kind gentleman." A girl with blonde hair and wearing a pink dress and tiara smiles as she entered.

"Urm...you're welcome." Michael chuckles nervously while rubbing the back of his neck.

The rest of the Loud family all enter one-by-one so that they won't get stuck on the door frame.

Makala walks up to the brown haired girl who's wearing glasses. "Hi."

"AAHHH!" The girl screams with fright. She then grew angry. "Lucy, how many times do I-"

"Lisa, I'm right here." The girl with black hair, who happens to be Makala's age, appears on the other side, frightening Lisa.

"Wait...if you're right there...then who-" she turns to notice Makala smiling at her. "Oh, my apologies. It's just that I thought you would be my seventh elder sibling." she said with lisp along with logic and mature in her voice.

"Oh it's alright. And I'm sorry that I scared you." Makala replied. "My name is Makala by the way. And this is my brother Michael." She introduced herself and Michael as her brother walks up to her. "We just moved here by the way as you would notice."

Lisa quickly takes interest in them. "Well, you two seem to be quite fascinating for me to take a study your fresh brains."

"Wait, study our what?" Michael asked in confusion.

"Nothing!" Lisa quickly changed the subject with a weird smile before she walks off.

"She's not really gonna do that, is she Mikey?" Makala asked nervously.

"I hope not." Michael replied.

"Sorry about Lisa. She's all about studying science and stuff." Said a girl with blonde pigtails, wearing blue overalls and a red hat.

"Studying? Uh, but isn't she too young to be doing all that stuff?" Michael asks.

"Well yeah, but there's a lot of things you don't know about her." The girl respond. "My name is Lana. You guys wanna check out my mud pies." She shows them her mud pies.

"Wow cool, Lana." Michael smiled.

"Thanks. You guys wanna take a bite?" The girl asks them.

"Urm...no thanks." Michael said politely as he cringed in disgust at the thought of eating mud.

"Oh okay then." Lana said before she eats her mud pies, making the Roberts siblings shocked at what she just did.

"Did-did you just see what she just did-" Michael stuttered, flabbergasted.

"I know right." Makala shivers in disgust. "That is just...yuck."

"Sorry you guys had to see that. That's just what Lana does." The white haired boy walks up to them. Michael could easily tell that he must be the only boy of the family. "Hey. You guys must be new here, I'm Lincoln." He offers Michael a handshake.

This Lincoln boy appears to be friendly. Michael smiles as he shakes the boy's hand.

"Um hi...my name is Michael." He said.

"Cool." Lincoln smiled.

Michael felt a bit of confidence in him as he thinks that moving here won't be so bad after all.
