This story is based on Disney's 1967 adaption of the Jungle Book, and loosely based on Rudyard Kipling's original version. There may also be some content from Disney's "Jungle Cubs," a show that ran for a short time on the Disney Channel for two seasons. The original characters belong to these great artists, with a few original characters from me.
Hi everyone, this is Angelwriter84 back with Our Cubs. This is the sequel to Deeper Into the Jungle, so if you haven't check that out yet, I would say that might be the best thing to do.
So I wrote the first three chapters of this story quite a few years ago but I decided to go back and put this list and a prologue before them. Since this is a sequel, this list is meant to help you keep track of who's who, who belongs to what region or family, and who survived. This list is subject to change at any time and, of course, there will always be more characters added so I will post this list at the beginning of the story and at the end as well, if I decide to continue it.
Enjoy and I should be posting a prologue right behind this. For those of you who have been waiting for a chapter, I decided that this prologue was needed after going back and reading the story again. I'm also working on a chapter 4 and will put an explanation on the prologue explaining more about it. Basically, I've decided to restart the story and see how it goes!
