Turqoise is Tim Drake, but instead of being taken in by Bruce, Victor Fries found him. The story surrounding Turqoise will hopefully be an ever growing one. And soon I'll have drawings of him so you don't have to go crazy with your imagination.

It was a cold winter night in Gotham, Mr. Freeze was taking a walk in his civies. When he walked by an alley he heard crying, a small child's crying. Even the coldest man has a heart, he approached the crying. It was a young child, no younger than five. He had messy raven hair and ruined clothes. "What's your name, youngling?" asked Freeze.
"T-Tim Drake," sniffled out the boy.
"Where's your parents, Tim?"
"Gone," Tim said it with a soulless tone, Freeze couldn't help but take pity on the boy.
"Come with me, I'll take you someplace warm."
"But w-who are you?"
"Victor Fries," said Freeze and held his hand out for Tim to take. Tim immediately took his hand and Freeze led him down the road to his lab. Tim would soon regret his decision to go with Freeze, but he had no where to go.
It only took a month, a long painful month. Within that month Victor Fries made a meta human, Tim was his experiment. He could turn air into ice and his body if he pleased. Within two months Tim started joining Victor on small harmless missions. Tim was an efficient sidekick. Within a year Tim became an all-time sidekick. He met the first Robin, which in two years would be "fired". Within a year and two months Tim found out Batman and Robin's identities, he kept it a secret from victor. Within three years Tim met the second Robin, Tim eight and Jason fourteen. Within three years and one month Tim became friends with Jason. Within three years and two months Tim lost his only friend and his mentor, then he took on the name Turqoise.
I basically have the whole story planned out from there. I'm still deciding on a future pairing, any ideas I could throw in just comment or message.
